Looks like a pilsner when poured, clear gold with a good sized head which is actually finer than what you'd get from a pils. Lots and lots of curtainy lace as you go. Handsome.
Somewhat perfumy apricot aroma laid over yeasty beer. Sweet to taste, apricot quite pronounced. Proper beer lurking in the background. Sweetness brings the mouthfeel to the edge of being syrupy, but it doesn't quite cross that line.
Decent enough as a summertime patio quaff. Not something you'd want to drink serially, but works as a one off.
