Bottle: Poured a bright clear golden color ale with a generous white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of fresh apricot notes is very nice with nice fruity ester notes. Taste is also dominated by fresh apricot notes with some light cereal notes and some fruity ester. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well made with nice fresh apricot notes and with good balance of residual sugar notes.

Tastes like Apricot soda in the best of ways. Sweet. Obviously. Would be out-freaking-standing with vanilla icecream topped with a fruit compote.

Floral and smooth up front. More effervescent than I normally prefer, but it works here. The apricot is deep and concentrated, more like dried than fresh.
