A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a finger high dark beige head that has excellent retention properties and consistently left a half finger high head covering the surface along with some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: There are aromas of chocolate syrup and chocolate milk in the nose.
T: The taste has lots of flavors of milk chocolate and cocoa power along with some hints of sweetness. It's a bit like Hershey's chocolate syrup but is much diluted.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little fluffy and creamy (like a milkshake) on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: After much pondering, this beer most reminds me of drinking some chocolate milk (without the heavy dose of lactose) or a good glass of hot chocolate. Nevertheless, it is packed with lots of chocolate flavors but is relatively light-bodied and easy to drink.
