It is a party store so the prices are usually kind of high. The selection is limited but they hold onto some stock a little longer than most places i.e. Hopslam KBS and Backwoods Bastard.

As of a couple weeks ago I picked up the last four pack of Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout for $18.99, they did have a few singles for $5.00 each. They also had Founders Backwoods Bastard still for $10.22 a four pack, which is cheaper than most places.

They still have Bell's Batch 8000, they don't carry any Dark Horse seasonals.

I went to this place on the "Find Leffe Brunne in Michigan" Mission, and of course, came up short.

The establishment is of a regular liquor store, just with a little more to offer. Their selection was fairly decent, and sold plenty of singles. I only grabbed a Ommegame, and to be honest, didn't have anything for me to drive passed my local store to check.

The guy at the counter was very helpful, only after I went to him for help. I wasn't greeted, but after asking for the beer, he spent a good 10 minutes calling all his contacts, and found out that they would not be getting it until the Summer. I thanked them, bought my beer, and was on myw ay.

The selection was amazing, and didn't find anything too out of the ordinary that I would go out of my way *Mannys and Red Wine is closer*. Still an interesting trip to say the least.

Good luck to their business.

Went here while in Michigan on a search for Kentucky Breakfast stout. Unfortunately they were sold out. They did have many other solid offerings. But only one or two selections from many Michigan breweries so if you were looking for a certain beers it was hit or miss.

Looks like it used to be an old 7-11 or something similar. When I asked the guy behind the counter about the KBS I'm not sure he had ever heard of the beer. He yelled to a guy behind a wall who said they had been sold out. Nothing else there caught my eye.

The did have a few good bottles of wine however.

The guys over at Finesse are great. I'm impressed with their selection, and their prices every time I walk through the door.

I stopped in twice, and was already known by name. They really pay attention to their customers and obviously enjoy what they do. I was suggested beer based on styles that I like, which was a help considering they have a really large selection of singles.

I noticed their prices to be well below average for around the area, and they carry a fantastic selection of michigan micros (dragonmead, too), as well as the entire unibroue line, trappist beers... and many more great imports. I really love this place, obviously.

They'll be my weekly "stock the fridge" spot, and I'm excited to try more of their recomendations!

Found this place through BA search. They did have Kuhnhenn when i was there a month ago i bottle 4th dementia. Nice selection, lots of singles mix and get 10% off kinda thing but not for everything. they carry entire or nearly the entire rosters of most brands….. Avery, St. Bernardus, Dogfish Head, Victory, Great lakes, Founders & Rogue are very well represented. Funny story. the guy behind the counter asked if he could help? I responded nope, all set. At the time i was online on my phone looking up beer rating @ BA. He then told me to STOP TAKING PICTURES OF HIS BEERS!!! We both had a good chuckel when i told him what i was really doing. He was concerned that i was spying for other stores in the area.

Situated very close to Kuhnhenn and Dragonmead, this place definitely has location going for it. My first visit was at night after visiting those fine establishments, and this place is hard to miss with all the yellow and pink adorning the outside. Looks pretty typical for Detroit, but the beer selection is actually quite good. Lots of Founders and Bells, along with a good selection of other Michigan micros. Also a large number of other US micros, with the most emphasis on Rogue products. Nice selection of European imports with a lot of British beers and a large number of Belgians. Many are available as single bottles as well as 4 and 6 packs, which makes sampling a snap. Service was adequate, but not spectacular. I don't think I was there while the manager/owner was around, yet the staff tried their best and were as helpful as I would expect. Prices are reasonable as well, especially on the Michigan beers, though imports were a little more pricey. It was good enough that I stopped in again on my next trip to Detroit and I'll likely be back again soon.
