My wife and I stopped into The Hideout after a nice dinner and comedy show (Brian Regan). We had never been but my parents live close by so we made the stop. It is small and a little intimidating at first because everyone seems to know each other very well. There was a guitar and vocal duo playing upstairs which sounded pretty good, but a little surprising.

Their beer list was pretty large and had me desiring a lot but I decided on the Coconut Almond Brown and my wife their hard cider. As soon as we stepped to the bar we were helped. The beer was pretty good but nothing to mind blowing, the cider was very good.

After standing around we looked around the place and found two seats and shortly after people began talking to us and sharing how much they love the place. The staff was very friendly as we both got two more beers very promptly as well as some samples. They made it a point to learn our names and where we were from. We didn’t try any of the food, but did notice they allow you to order food from close by restaurants.

I would recommend this place, noting it is small and at first it seems like you may be an outcast, but the staff and regulars are very friendly. Beer has a way of bringing people together. (1,235 characters)

Very unique place. Old video games upstairs and some off the wall beers. Quality isn't up there with founders but not many breweries are. You will definitely wonder if you are heading to the right place. Worth checking out and bombers to go are very reasonably priced. $5-$7 for everything (289 characters)

Awesome place that is a literal hideout. Dive bar with a huge selection of average to below average beer. Really like the low key vibe. (135 characters)

My favorite brewery to visit, new beer every Friday, great atmosphere. Tons of old video game systems to play upstairs for free. Mainstay beers are great, new recipes are always interesting. (190 characters)

This is a cool local watering hole in the wall kind of a brewery. It is off the beaten path and is located in an old hot tub/jacuzzi store so there is an odd lingering smell of chlorine. The place has a burglar/pro-hibition theme. I did not have any food when I was there. They had a surprisingly large taplist on with well over 20 beers on tap when I was there. They had a large variety of styles and a lot of experimental beers on tap. I had a flight and everything I had was mostly good and some were excellent. I only had one beer that was run of the road. I would recommend this brewery to anyone that is looking for a place that has a variety of beers on tap whether they be new to craft beer or a connoisseur you will find something you like on tap here. I look forward to going back to Hideout again one day! (817 characters)

Awesome beer. You'll find beers here that you won't find anywhere else. Unique in every regard. However, just crappy bar food. (131 characters)
