A - Reddish with a tall creamy head which I found with most of their beers. Probably the most inviting of the beers they offered other than Bishop's Breakfast.

S - Nothing really coming through in the nose except maybe some malt.

T - Has a nice bitterness that mixes well with the creaminess that comes through in the mouthfeel.

M - VERY creamy

D - I don't know how many of these I would have but it was a good beer and one of the first I've had of this style

Had on nitro-tap this afternoon at the Pratt Street Ale House in Baltimore, MD. Served in a pint glass.

a - Pours a deep mahogany brown color, with two inches of white head and moderate to high carbonation. Light lacing on the glass.

s - Smells of nuts, toasted malts, caramel malts, and hops. Reminds me an English style ale.

t - Tastes of toasted malts, light caramel malts, bready malts, and nuts. Good, but a step down from the nose certainly.

m - Medium body and low carbonation, very smooth and creamy.

o - A pretty good ale I was happy to try. Wouldn't seek it out but would give it another shot. I liked the smell as it reminded me of an ESB almost, but the taste was a tiny bit lacking.

I had this on nitro at Mahaffey's in Baltimore, served chilled in a mug

A decently creamy nitro appearance with nice cascade and amber body w/ pale white cap, lace held decently and microfoam occured from all the nitrogen. The smell seemed a little bitter to me, but I suppose a British cream ale is equivalent to a pale ale, so nothing out of the ordinary. I enjoyed the beer with a sweetish feel with mild hop bitterness in the back end and lighter medium body with a general creamy feel.

The flavor has a slight bitter hop from English hops and mild acidity w/ smoothness in the malt giving a slight caramel malt flavor. The touch of biscuit was pleasant and made you want to return for the next sip. The mild English yeast in the flavor was nice too. I would recommend this since it was crisp and balanced and was actually kind of refreshing on a warm mid october day.

This kind of beer is the kind that i suppose to be on nitrogen tap. Beer is reddish / light brown, forms a tight frothy head of microscopic bubbles that cascade down the outside of the head, a truly beautiful head. Aeration is moderate to low, head leaves a ton of lacing on the glass and I drink, head remains until the end, a wonderful and attractive beer. Beer is mostly clear with only a slight, very slight haze.

Smell is subtle and rather small. Some sweet, not much of anything.

Beer is insanely smooth, medium to light bodied, sweet up from slightly, no bitterness, its so smooth drinkability is really high. There isn't much to say about the flavor though, its OK, nothing special, just a plain cream ale. Overall I would recommended it, would probably order it again.
