We were staying at the Days Inn so we didn't have very far to walk, an A+ for that. They had a good selection of their English style beers on tap, maybe 15-20. We were there around 4:30 in the afternoon, the place was kind of quiet, but when we left about 2 hours later, it was packed. The beers that I tried were all very good plus I had a decent size salad which was also very good. They also have seating outside for enjoying your beer on those nice summer days. If your near the Convention Center, you should check this place out.

On a business trip and wanted to stop in a cool Gastropub. Great location - right outside of the Convention Center and not far from Camden Yards. Had a real nice selection of craft beers, both local and out of town. To eat, had the crabcake/chicken sandwich. Cool creation and really enjoyed it. Staff was really nice but something did not click. There was a good amount of staff but always felt I needed to wait on everything. Wait for beer order, wait for beer, wait for meal, and wait for check (10-15 minutes after I asked for it). Really were not overly busy to justify. I would go back.

The bar tender was not the level of kindness I anticipate when leaving New York, but I try not to generalize. I don't want to deduct too much for that. I didn't order any food but I did have a couple beers. I had low expectations considering the sporty nature of the decor and the assumption that this place was mostly frequented by tourists after an Orioles game. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the first brew, "Sea of Spears," which was apparently a Red Wheat Ale. It smelt very hoppy and was more reminiscent of an IPA than any wheat beer I had, but it was actually a very good beer. This gave me high expectations for my next choice, an actual IPA, Draft Punk. This was not a good beer t didn't even have a scent. I didn't finish it. This was the kind of brew I've come to expect from run-of-the-mill brew pubs. Didn't feel a need to continue on after that and play the guessing game on what may be good or bad. This was a great choice because we then went to Max's Taphouse, which is my new favorite bar, hands down. If you're main goal is to find quality beer, skip here and go straight to Max's. They have an unbelievable selection.
