Consumed a few days prior to "best consumed before date".
Dark amber colour. Small head and little lacing.
The smell is sweet with malty aromas. Also a strong presence of caramel.
Taste of malts, caramel and syrup. Some bitterness.
Mild, smooth mouthfeel, the carbonation is rather light.
High drinkability. I like the fact that it is well balanced and the pleasant caramel aromas.

500 ml bottle, unpasteurised, bought in Hvide Sande, Denmark. Beautiful clear reddish amber colour, moderate lingering head. Malty aroma with some caramel and honey. I like my bocks darker than this, still this one has a pretty full body, some malty caramel sweetness with a moderately bitter finish. Alcohol is unfortunately too dominant. Does not live up to its high price.

This sample brought from Denmark by my bestest biggest brother. Many thanks.
I'm stuggling with style on this sample, but since it's called a bock I'll go that way.
Aroma is light sweet malt with a nice lager quality. Reminiscent of many Am. versions of Marzen.
Bright, clear orangish/brown amber. Nice rather dense head of darker color that settles slowly. Looks like a marzen.
Slightly darker malt with a noticable dryness that is balanced by a mild bitterness. Toasty malt blends with dryness. Moderately rich.
Feel is both soft and heavy. Smooth, yet dryness offers crispness and refreshingness. Low carbonation that leaves it somewhat creamy.
This is well made. Not sure exactly what it is, but I like it. Light flavor qualities, but rich enough to be harder to enjoy more that one or two in a sitting. High alcohol is tough to taste. Warms up very nicely. A real solid offering.

Got this one at some small supermarker just outside Copenhagen, Denmark.
A: Dark amber with a creamy lightbrown lace.
S: Malt, caramel. Very sweet.
T: Sweet malt, caramel, banana marshmallow, yeast. Bitter aftertaste.
M: A bit boozy but smooth and rich in flavor. Low carbonation.
An decent bock from Fur Bryghus that was perfect for sipping on during
a friday night. Perhaps a bit too sweet and boozy but otherwise a fine
example of a bock-beer. Give it a go!

Appearance: Pours a clear, orange-amber body with a small, fizzy white head.
Smell: Sweet-smelling honey candy aroma with a bit of fruit and more than a bit of alcohol.
Taste: Honey-like maltiness and loads of sweetness. Hint of fruit. No more than a slight bitterness. Boozey, drying finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Stickyish mouthfeel.
Drinkability: Too sweet and oddly boozey for only 7.6%, I gotta say I'm all Fur Bock'd out.
