Bottle poured into tulip glass.
A- Deep ebony black, practically no light coming through except on the edges with a very well defined tan head.
S- Solid coffee and chocolate with a hint of roasted malt. Actually smells like a strong cup of coffee
T-Much like the aroma, this is like drinking a cup of coffee. Since I usually put cream and sugar in my cop o' joe I thought "Wow, this is so good it doesn't need that addition". Great bitter finish, some booziness but in a good way. My life would be great if I could replace my morning coffee with this instead.
M- Full body, very thick and smooth, with good carbonation.
D-If it were not for the price, this would be my go to stout. Simple fantastic.
