Bottle dated 6 6 at 50 degrees into imperial pint glass
Aroma of coffee
Head average (3 cm), light brown, creamy, very slowly diminishing to 2 mm layer
Lacing good, vertically connected rings of mostly small bubbles
Body dark brown, opaque
Flavor begins with a coffee-flavored bitterness which slowly fades to a light bitterness; nohops, no alcohol, no diacetyl
Palate medium, creamy, soft carbonation
A very good coffee stout with a pleasing appearance, aroma, and palate.
