Decided to crack one of these newly aquired bottles to start off the weekend.
Poured into a snifter, jet black with an attractive medium pillowy brown head, and chunky lacing. Smell is strong espresso, touches of chocolate, and thought I even picked up some banana in there for a minute. Taste is very much espresso, and dark chocolate, backed by a little bit of a alcohol burn in the throat. Mouthfeel is slick and not too heavy, espresso lingers. Drinkability is nice, but I'll savour this one for a while, or atleast I'll try.
Reminds me of Founders BS.
