341 ml bottle poured into a tulip. Wonderful unique strawberry rose color with a finger of sudsy white bubbles. Features the expected floral and spicy aroma: Coriander, lemon and orange peels, roses, strawberry preserve, rhubarb, thyme. Notably fruity as well.

Palate is a dry herbal tea flavor with peppery wheat notes. Watermelon flesh and rind (or perhaps a less sweet take on lychee nuts), lactic acid, lemon grass, orris root, unripe currants, rather dry and somewhat woody. Rather strong coriander. Some clear witbier characteristics but blazes its own path. Some lilting sweet malts in the background. Does not taste as floral as the nose might suggest but if one is familiar with hibiscus tea you'll certainly draw the comparison. The tartness is a real strong suit. Snappy carbonation, light body, and a dry finish that recalls rose and citrus rind in equal measure. Taste lingers and lingers.

I cannot see myself drinking more than one of these during a sitting but a treat nonetheless. Refreshing, polarizing, will get your less experienced beer drinking friends talking for good or ill.

Well rounded beer. It gets better as the beer settles to the room temperature. I was hoping for a bit more yeast to come through, but I get that it's not the intention.

341ml bottle from Brewdogs Online Shop, £3.00:
Pinkish amber & topped with a thin, slightly bubbly, white head that sits around the circumference of the glass.

Fruity with herbal & flowery notes, some rose & a good helping of wheat too. I got some tarty notes but they seem to take a back seat, the sweetness being more pronounced with the floral notes, syrup & some bitterness.

Sweet & floral, some rose & hints of bitterness with grapefruit & tropical flavours coming through. Surprisingly good with a nice helping of fruits including citrus, apricot & tart with some wheat rounding things off nicely.

Light medium bodied & fairly well carbonated with a dry palate & hints of bitterness. There is some tart throughout & sourness too with a good balance; this one goes down very easily.

This one was a very good beer from Dieu du Ciel, it almost seemed like a mix between a fruit beer & an IPA with some medium strength bitterness and good fruity flavours throughout. I was definitely surprised with this one, it went down very easily & is definitely one that I'd pick up again.

Poured an apple cider like cloudy orange tinted brown with a dirty, funky aroma that has some floral notes (natch) and something akin to berries.
Initially, the beer came off as sour to me but there is a bit of sweetness to this beer as well as that spicy, floral flavor that is the strongest of the flavors.
Little bit of bitter hop/crisp finish, easy to drink, the spices and floral notes balance with the sweet and sour aspects of the beer.
Not bad, not too flavorful, interesting beer to have as I really couldn't get a handle on everything in this beer.
