330 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Bright clear red. Beautiful color. Not much of a head though.

Smell - Tons of raspberries. Acidic raspberries and some grain. As it warms, I get a slightly buttery off aroma.

Taste - Tart raspberries. Almost no sweetness. Grain and a bit of caramel malt. The off flavor from the nose comes out as it warms up. Makes it tastes creamy and a little bitter.

Mouthfeel - Medium light and tart. More of a fruit tartness than a beer sourness though.

Overall - This would be really great if not for that weird flavor.

Appearance: It has a nice deep ruby red color to it. It has a nice pink head that dies down somewhat fast and leaves little lacing.

Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of sweet and tart raspberries, wheat and some funk.

Taste: Like the aromas, it has sweet/tart raspberries, funk, some breadiness and wheat.

Mouthfeel: It has a low/medium carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.

Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied by great flavors and aromas.

Poured from a 341 bottle into a stemmed tulip glass.
Bottle Date: 2013/07; Poured: 2013/08/24

A: Blood red and almost clear (a feat for a wheat beer)! It pours to a short light red (but not pink) bubbly head which falls fast to a thin collar and no lacing.

S: A blast of fresh raspberries which are both sweet and tart; a hint of sourness and maybe some lemon acidity. The primary focus here are raspberries!

T: Wow, massive raspberry flavor, both sweet and tart, not that fake, sugar added, fake cloying sweetness of so many other fruit beers. A nice amount of acidity and a touch of saltiness comes through as the beer warms and a bit of ‘wheatiness’. The finish is long and tart and full of raspberry goodness!

M: Light body and lots of carbonation; very light and refreshing on the palate, a challange for a beer at almost 6% ABV.

O: Fantastic beer! From the nose to the start and through the finish, this is full tribute to raspberries.

HUGE thanks to tom10101 for this one...

A: Pours a deep pink/red with almost zero head. The only foam that shows is a tiny ring that hugs the top of the beer along the edges of the glass. No lacing as it drinks.

S: The nose is pure raspberry. Sweet and tart. Wow. I haven't smelled a beer this raspberry-tastic since Blushing Monk.

T: Mmmm. Wow. It's like eating a handful of raspberries. I get that sweet berry juice right away, followed immediately by the crisp, tart berry seeds and acid. It's a touch salty and thinner than pure raspberry juice, but this is no joke. A razzleberry lover's dream.

M: Light bodied beer. It's thin and wet, but tight acidic. It's makes the mouth salivate and pucker. The finish is dry and fruity.

O: Awesome. It's out of control raspberry. I would imagine that this beer is best served fresh, and I am a massive fan. Bonkers! "This is too much raspberry." - said no one ever.

Thanks to hoppypocket for sending this all the way out West

A: Glorious ruby Red, haloed with just a whisp of raspberry cream coloured head. Just a slight haze clouds the brew.

S: Fresh raspberry puree and a chaser of a light funkiness and sour.

T: Tart raspberries with fresh lemon squeeze, puckering sour tang and a hint of barnyard funk. A wonderful tang lends way to minerals and finishes with the juicy tart raspberry.

M: Dry and tart that compliments the fresh raspberry tang. A dry pucker on the finish that gripes the taste buds for a last go-round.

O: A bright and tangy brew true to the flavour of raspberries. Light and dry like a palette cleanser, it offers a tangy and refreshing drink to liven the palette. Thankfully void of the artificially sugary cough drops profile, while delivering of a full sophisticated scent and flavor. Simply delicious.
