Pours a light piss yellow color. Lightly tart; almost more like a gose. Tart citrus, fruity malts, floral notes. Overall a decent witbier, mostly because it tastes like a gose to me.

On tap at Volo. A collaboration with De La Senne.
Beer is a hazy, pale gold. Very light but cloudy colour. Medium white head dissipates at a moderate pace.
Smell contains lacto, wheat, cereal and a bit of lemon.
Taste wise. there is wheat, slight tartness, some funkiness. Lactobacillus, if I a, not mistaken. Coriander, light fruit. Lemon.
Light bodied, moderately carbonated. Refreshing.
Overall, quite enjoyable. Very drinkable. Not sure how this is being labelled by the brewers but I would have put it more in the Berliner Weisse category myself.

Draft: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a small foamy head. Taste is a mix between some coriander with light citrus notes and some light wheat malt notes. Taste is also a mix between some light wheat malt notes with some light coriander and light citrus notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Good though I tasted better beers form any of those two brewers.
