This cloudy-orange beer is the taste of liquid summer sunshine. Refreshing kumquat immerses the palate with citrus and tropical fruit, while biting hops interplay with bready malt. A touch of acidity from the kumquat zest finishes things off with a smile and wink. Whenever you find yourself yearning for those hazy summer days and warm electric nights, here you will find solace.

473ml can poured into tulip.
Pours a hazy, glowing golden orange with two fat fingers of beige head that leaves some frosty lace as it recedes.
Smells delicious. Juicy kumquat, navel orange, red grapefruit, lemon zest, pineapple chunks, peach puree, bready caramel malt, rainy stone pathway and some nice piney hops.
Tastes of orange peel, grapefruit flesh, zesty kumquat, honeyed bread, more juicy pineapple and peach, flinty water and pleasantly resiny hops.
Feels deceptively light. Medium bodied with silky carbonation. Finishes a little sticky.
Verdict: Vigorously recommended. A delicious summer beer with enough booze to cheer you up.

Pint can dated 2022-04-19 and served in a stemless wine glass. Brilliant orange gold color with tons of head formation. Aroma is sweet, fruity, and vaguely citrusy. Flavor has an assertive hop bitterness coupled with a potent citrus fruit flavor which I imagine must be kumquat (but it's been a long time since I've had a kumquat). As a citrus IPA, I really enjoy this. Hop and fruit complement each other really well here, with no unnecessary sweetness, and a unique flavor. Way more interesting than trying a 50th Grapefruit IPA, or orange, or ...

Light feel even for a IPA . The fruit side is nicely balanced with the hop. Great beer when it’s hot.

Another weak offering by Canada's best.
The nose has some promise that just falls flat (literally and figuratively), and with that, this is getting dangerously close to mass produced lager territory. It's almost all just malt, with even a hint of corn syrup, of which I am sure there isn't any within. But the point is that this is a large disappointment and in a cheap, sloppy way. The best thing here is the label.

A very curious beer A beer with a tour, the citric has a good presence at the end of the drink. A good product, with a curious touch that makes it special. That yes, as a beer, apart from the citrus flavor, it's fine but it has not motivated me much.
