On tap at the brewpub.

Pours a lightly hazed golden yellow, a touch of amber, very thick and frothy white head forms and slowly settles to a medium ring around the glass, decent lacing sticks on the way down.

Smell is nice, very grainy, some caramel and bread, light fruit, a bit of apricot and floral, biscuit/toast, nice and malty, a bit light but well done, very refreshing aroma.

Taste is similar, grainy up front, bread and biscuit, a bit of honey and caramel, lightly fruit, light sweetness through the middle, balanced in the finish.

Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. An easy drinking blond ale with enough character to keep it interesting.

Orangey-yellow colour. Hoppy aroma. A lighter bodied but in no way weak beer, caramel sweetish, lots of different malts, and citrus apricot fruity. Pleasant summer beer, the kolsch summer beer being the more consumable in large quantities. The entire lineup is served a bit cool and spot on carbonation.
