Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub. Malty aroma. Decent sized head on medium orange body. Very malty taste, caramel, cinammon and the cloves, decent drinkability. Smooth mouthfeel.Seemed to be cloning the Aventus, but too sweet and too much bannana. Want at least some more bitterness.

Got this one while sitting at the bar. It was cloudy and a deep red/brown colour with a fine beige cap. Solid sheets of lace coated the glass and the foam stuck around until I was done the beer. The nose was full of malt and caramel sweetness, backed up by a bit of clove and bubblegum - nothing overpowering, just nicely balanced. Light bitterness in the flavour, with lots of banana and grain up front, malt and sugary sweetness, a bit of bubblegum. It finished with a bit of spice and clove. The body was a bit more than medium and carbonation was average. Slightly grainy texture. Pretty good overall and very drinkable, but a little timid for a weizenbock.
