A:
Pours a cloudy light honey color (looks like chamomile tea) with a creamy, ambitious, white head that holds its own, finally settling at about a quarter inch. Decent retention; not much lacing.

S:
Yeasty and wheatey. Nothing too spectacular, some spices and dough, but other than that pretty mellow.

T:
Crisp, warm and smooth. Drinks nice, with tea flavors and very light floral and citrus notes. Definitely on the mellow side of other wits as far as being citrus-flavor-forward.

M:
Smooth, light bodied and refreshing, not much carbonation but a bit creamy.

O:
Not the best beer in the world but it certainly isn't bad and for what it is it is great. Tastes a bit more like a German Wheat than a Belgian one, but it doesn't really matter. I kind of like that it tastes more bread-like than some wits. On the whole, though, it would benefit from getting beefed up a little bit. It is kinda watery.
Wouldn't seek it out or anything, but if you have to go get something quick at the dépanneur it is a good bet.

Served from a 341ml bottle to a tall pilsener glass.

A: Nice one and a half finger head with good retention. Beautiful and thick lacing was left behind on each sip. Spritzy with a champagne like appearance. Very pale in appearance and "White ale" ,as some call it, really does seem fitting.

S: Coriander and citrus followed up by the faint aroma of sweet malts in the background.

T: Coriander and citrus are once again dominant. The citrus is rather light and is reminiscent of a lemon zest. Doughy malts provide a nice subtle background for all of the citrus and spice action happening in the initial taste. Perhaps some hints of pale tart fruit like green apple and pear. Some banana ester character as well.

M: Very carbonated and palate cleansing. Refreshingly clean and crisp.

O: Overall it was a pretty good beer. Nice and refreshing and would be very suitable for sitting out on the patio and drinking 2 or 3. Nothing over powering and fairly approachable to the average consumer, perhaps why it is a local favorite.

Pours a clear straw colour with half a fingers worth of head. Smells very yeasty, with some peppery spice and bubblegum. Tastes pretty much as it smells. Yeasty, with a hint of bubblegum, coriander and pepper. Mouthfeel is medium. Overall, a decent beer, but not one I'll likely pick up again.

660 mL amber bomber bottle. Pours clouded golden, with a half-inch of white head that doesn't leave any lacing. Fairly aromatic, with notes of oranges, yeast, spice, and maybe some hops. The palate adds to this notes of doughy wheat, light malt, bubblegum?, and a light grassiness. Delicate and well-balanced. Fairly carbonated, with a light, dry body and a short finish. A no-frills wit that drinks very easily.

had a glass on-tap. light golden yellow color. not much head that faded quickly.

smell was nice. good blend of yeast, wheat, orange/citrus.

taste was similar to the smell with wheat, yeast, and citrus but had a nice sweetness to it. well balanced and refreshing.

overall solid witbier, easy drinking and really enjoyed it with my meal.
