A - Pours with a nice, slightly off-white head, Pale golden colour.
S - Nothing special here, smells like ordinary beer, little malty
T - Mildly bitter taste and aftertaste with a little malt sweetness
MF - Smooth, light, fade
D - An easy beer to drink on a hot day, not really more

341 mL brown bottle, undated, although it was brewed for this year's gay pride festival in Montreal.
Pale, fizzy yellow with almost no head.
Aroma is malty with some sour notes.
Flavour is grainy and sour. No hop character at all. Mouthfeel is thin and carbonation is moderate.
This is the first time Brasserie Le Chaudron has disappointed me. I feel sorry for all the thirsty, beer-loving gays who attended the festival.

Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color ale with an above average foamy pure white head with great retention. Aroma of grainy malt with some subtle hops is quite average. Grainy feel shows up again and while it doesnt bother me it also doesnt leave me wanting for more. Carbonation is excellent. While better then a lot of golden ale on the market, in the end, this one just lack character.
