Like that girlfriend whom paid for one out of every five dinners, this one is unique. It's got that classic BCBS taste, but, hello! we are drinking a Barleywine here! Like said girlfriend, it's a bit mysterious; like, you don't want to take your eye off of it in fear that some other bro might saunter over and try and swoop it up.
Just clean, light Barleywine textures/taste, and all around silky.
Hello, Barleywine, you can spend the night and Raul won't care.

Surprisingly on tap at San Diego Brewing Co, poured into an 8 oz goblet
A: Cola-like color, no head and viscous.
S: Booze and toffee are the prominent aromas. Notes of coconut, nutmeg, oak and cherry as we'll. Strong bouquet carried by ample alcohol volatiles.
T: Flavors follow but notes of vanilla are right at the front. Also picking up notes of tobacco and ripe fruit. Finishes long and sweet with lots residue between sips...in a good way.
M: chewy, sticky, yummy
Serving type: on-tap
