On tap @ the Ginger Man 01-09-08
Served in a oversized snifter glass $9
A- dark black, with a thin brown head that fades with minimal lacing
S- WOW, is this a burbon or beer i'm drinking, strong burbon aroma with some burnt notes of caramel in the back
T- Very smooth and mellow, wood comes through a lot along with some malts, the bite in this one is the alcohol.
M- coats the whole mouth in a silky way, with minimal carbonation and full bodied
D- def a sipper, better as it warms. Any burbon drinker will love this beer. If you are looking for an imperial stout this is not your normal one. But if you have the chance try it, i wouldn't pick up a 6pack of this stuff
Serving type: on-tap
