A- Black as night with a film of espresso colored head.
S- Roasted pecans and nuts, milk chocolate, vanilla powder, hardly any booze character that im used to when drinking it fresh.
T- The aging has taken away the characteristic burn which melded well with the brew when fresh, here the sweet bourbon and vanilla stands out and overtakes your senses.
M- Coats the mouth with an overpowering force of sweetness.
O- Excellent version, in my eyes I value both the fresh and aged equally depends what you're looking for from this brew. If you want that upfront bourbon burn then go for the fresh, but if your looking for more of a confectionery desert brew go for the aged version.
