Presented in a 12oz bottle as part of a six-pack purchased while in Indianapolis. Poured into a mug.
Appearance: clear light gold in color, lots of tiny clouds of carbonation lazily glides upward to stoke a 1/2 inch white head that fizzled down to a thin skim and ring.
Smell: corny malt notes, some fruity esters and mild grassy aroma.
Taste: sweet corn flavor with a bit of biscuit malt in the background. Very light hops flavor in the finish. Feel is light, crisp and well-carbonated.
Overall, not to bad and pretty darn drinkable, given the corn taste. Light, crisp body sits well on a muggy, warm Indiana day. No problem knocking back a few of these. Recommended.
