Served: in a pint glass from bar tap.
Appearence: light, clear with a very slight cloudiness, and golden. Two fingers of foam. Easily see the carbonation rising to the top.
Scent: a fresh and sweet aroma on its approach.
Taste: there is a sweetness from the first scent that lingers through the first taste, then it gives you a wonderful taste of hops. I then added a slice of lemon, which actually cut the yeast flavor with its sweet citrus. I think 312 has eliminated the need for the lemon with its nice balance of wheat and hops. I prefer the 312 without the lemon.
Overall: This is an extremely refreshing beer that misses nothing in the flavor department. This makes it perfect for hot summer days!

A- pours a slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a fizzy white head that eventually disappears completely, leaving nothing behind
S- toasted malt and wheat, hint of grass, pretty typical american wheat atoms
T- toasted wheat mixes with a hint of grassy hops, finishes with a sweet-yet-clean bready maltiness
M- light body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a smooth crisp finish
O- pretty flavorful for 4.2% ABV, nothing to get excited about but an easy drinker in the summer
