2013 Bottle
G: Goose Island Tulip (Cliche, but it felt right)

A: Reddish Orange in color with a light pink tinted head.

S: Tart sour Blackberries are still present with a sweetness that wasn't there fresh.

T: There is still plenty of bite to this beer, by more of the sweetness is pulling through.

M: Moderate carbonation which helped it feel not as bitter as when fresh. It drank smooth with a small bite.

D: I am a huge Juliet Fan and enjoyed the almost 1 year of age on the bottle. It felt more enjoyable and was still plenty sour. I'll have to open my other bottles soon!
