765 ml bottle was poured into a large snifter. Bottled 8/1/13.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced quickly to nothing. Common for a wild ale. Very bubbly and popping as the beer was poured. It is a hazy orange amber color with vision of bubbles coming up through the glass.
Smell: Tart, bready, funky, barnyard, grapes, apple, and blackberries.
Taste: Tart, funky, sour, blackberries, a little chewy, some bitterness, grapes, oak, and apples.
Mouthfeel: A bit dry, high carbonation, a little chewy, and light bodied.
Overall: Total sour pucker tart funk deliciousness. I like it a lot.
Serving type: bottle
