on cask at the Clybourn brewpub. pours a rich golden color with a single solid finger of tight off white head that has excellent retention and leaves solid lacings.

aroma is of subtle fruit, almost hefe-esque with an understated malt presence that gives way to a light fruity yeast.

taste follows the nose with a character of a light hefe with a mildly crisp finish of residual fruit and a touch of grain. well put together, but needs a more assertive character to be taken seriously.

mouthfeel is light bodied and a bit watery. could use a backbone of some sort.

drinkability is decent. overall this is dissapointing for a GI Clybourn brew, but it is still decent. take it or leave it.

A - Medium orange colored brew with a nice fluffy white head. Lots of crusty white lace is deposited on the glass.

S - Spritzy grapefruit skin and orange juice pulp. This smells really citrusy and fruity. This aroma leans away from the pine aspects of pale ale hop notes in favor of the other citrus end of the spectrum.

T - Yeah, just like the nose, this is orange-y fruity, and juicy. There are some really nice hop flavors here. Not bad at all.

M - Medium bodied with a good deal of crisp carbonation and a slightly dry and hoppy finish.

D - This has session written all over it. There is nothing really mind blowing or revolutionary about this one, but it's a pretty decent example of the style.

Pours a cloudy orange brown color with a small off white head.

Scent of earthy malts, oaks and a hint of citrus and hops. Malts overpower the hops somewhat with this one, not bad, just not what I prefer.

Taste is comparable, starts malty with some hops and citrus toward the finish. Good if you like a more malty Pale Ale.

Mouthfeel is a little heavy for a Pale Ale, some more carbonation couldn't hurt.
