From Blind Bomber BIF (Thanks to Hophead101!):
A: Hazy blonde pour with a huge, three-inch cream colored head which really sticks around. Looks like some a weizen or saison.
S: Strong belgian yeast notes, some spiciness. Estery.
T: Lots of yeast flavor; some banana, spice and just a hint of booze. Sweeter light malt notes fade pretty quickly into a slight bitterness.
M: Heavily carbonated and brisk, but still has a thicker mouthfeel. Fits flavor profile very well.
D: Very high. If there is much alcohol present, it's well hidden... possibly dangerously so.
Wow! This is one of those backyard beers that I've seen quite a bit of but never tried. Really happy to have had the choice... it feels like this beer would be an excellent choice for a spicy food pairing.
