Draft: Poured a golden color ale with a medium size foamy head. Aroma of cereal notes with crisp clean notes and light bready notes. Taste is a mix of bready notes with clean cereal notes and light dry German hops finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well done for style with great drinkability and loads of nice subtle flavours.

I had this one at the Wriglyeville outpost.

Served in a Willie, the beer is a chill hazed yellow with a really stick white head.
The nose is of lemon grass, grains and touch of spice.

First impression, incredibly fresh and refreshing. Slightly tart with a some citrus, ripe pears and grains.

The mouth is crisp with medium heft. Its an easy drinker that went well with the house made pastrami ruben.

I think this compares very well to any Kolsch I have had (domestic & import). Well done.
