On tap at Clybourn location.
A-I've never seen a beer look this water-like. Damn. Very pale straw yellow color with a light tan film to top it.
S-Fresh yeast aroma. Notes of lemon.
T-Same as the smell but there is some skunkiness present that ruins it for me.
M-Highly carbonated with a very light body.
O-This has a lot of potential as a low alcohol table beer but the skunk ruins it for me.

Served in an imperial pint glass at the Clybourn brewpub.

Got some time to kill before the Sox game, so let's get some GI beers, shall we? This stuff pours a cloudy pale straw topped by a finger of white foam. The nose comprises lemon rind, light wheat, and a hint of bready yeast. The taste brings in more of the same, everything coming through pretty light and easy-going. The body is fairly light, with a light moderate carbonation and a crisp finish. Overall, this is meant to be a table beer, something mild and thirst-quenching that can be "sessioned" easily (I feel dirty just using that word), and I suppose it works well in that regard. Still, it's kinda bland. In a good way, but bland nonetheless.
