Purchased at Ingles as a six-pack for $10.99. Poured into a nonic pint glass as part of a sampler flight I made.

L - A nice and heavy black with a three-finger tan head. Nice and thick.
S - Freshly-baked biscuits. Smells almost like that awful organic peanut butter you find at Trader Joe's - but in a good way. The usual mocha and cocoa notes are present.
T - Imagine if a Reese's cup was crafted with fine German chocolate, with a slightly stronger peanut butter, and dipped in a very bitter and rich espresso. This tastes exactly like that.
F - Silky, heavy, but easy to drink. Well-carbonated and refreshing.
O - I was looking forward to giving this beer a formal review! I originally purchased a separate six-pack to bring to a karaoke event with my friends, and to go shoot a potato cannon. Good times were had, and this beer was a backbone to that! I don't even really like chocolate & peanut butter cups, but this beer was fantastic. Will purchase again if I see it again.

16 oz can, born on 4/8/2020, poured into a snifter at 50 degrees F:
L - dark, with a hazelnut head that lingered
S - bready, malty, faint peanut butter
T - nice mild peanut butter and coffee flavors, very well balanced, tastes way better than it smells
F - smooth, almost like a nitro, medium carbonation, a it too much
O - very nice, not sure it is worthy of its high rating

Big thanks to Corey!

Good looking brew, like melted chocolate, clean, smooth, dark. A thin off white head and lack of what I'd hoped to be creamy lacing is a bit of a disappointment, but this is still one delicious looking beverage.

Smells like exactly what you'd expect; chocolate, peanut butter, a touch of coffee. A nice sweet, dark bread element lingers below.

The flavor also follows suit but seems a bit artificial to me. Well, the peanut butter at least. The coffee is actually quite nice, roasty and bitter. Dark chocolate actually smooths out the peanut butter a bit.

Along with what's stated above, the sweet peanut butter is a bit off, but the roast, toast, bitter sides are quite nice. This thing is screaming to be more creamy and rich as it's a bit thin, but I will give the lack of carbonation some praise.

I've had a few peanut butter infused beers now. This is definitely one of the better ones, but still not my thing. The coffee was a great touch.

Pours a nearly opaque black with a thin dusting of tan head. The aroma is rich coffee, dark chocolate, and peanut butter. Mild carbonation, and a full rich mouthfeel make this a wonderful sipping beer. The chocolate and peanut butter pair up with the coffee and roasted notes in the porter amazingly. It's great news that this is finally getting distributed (at least in a limited manner until the production facility is on line).

Pours black with a finger of khaki foam. Poured out of a 32oz crowler canned 5 days before consumption. Head formation is fair, with fair retention. Aroma is peanut butter from the moment the crowler was cracked open. Peanut butter is accompanied by a bold note of medium-roast coffee, and finer notes of milk chocolate and toast. Flavor profile is peanut butter forward, both when the beer is cold and warm. Coffee is present, and carries a wonderful medium-roast, medium-body. Milk chocolate, toast, and a hint of lactose give the beer a little extra dimension, but overall the focus here is peanut butter and coffee. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a texture that is stuck somewhere between fizzy and velvety. While it's a smooth and favorable texture, its fizzy nature keeps it from being completely smooth. Overall, a wonderful porter that nails every flavor its name implies, all the while retaining a splendid balance.

Served in a 12oz snifter from a 32oz crowler.
