Poured in a pint glass.
A-dark copper with a stained brown
S-citrus background with a fresh bouquet of flowers and grass on the nose
T-the floral aroma comes through again, good bitterness all the way around, definitely heavily loaded in german/english malts/hops
M-good carbonation, creamy malt feel
Not a bad IPA, for a local beer glad I finally got to try this one. I'm not a huge fan of the English-style IPA but this one is pretty tasty. I'd have another,

Had on-tap at Bonefish Grill Asheville. Served in a tall slim glass.
A- Pours a medium amber color with a 1/4 inch off-white head that retains well before becoming a thick ring around the edge of the glass and a full sheet of surface foam. Resilient lacing leaves a thick ring behind
S- Mild hop aroma of grass and pine with some toasty malt beneath.
T- The bitterness starts out subdued which is proper for an English IPA but, after a while, it starts to creep in more and more letting you know this was indeed made in America. Still, there's a solid malt backbone rounding everything out and bringing a nice sweetness to the table.
M- A bit sharp from the hops and slightly dry. Medium carbonation and a body leaning toward the fuller side.
O- A very solid, sessionable IPA from one of Asheville's mainstay breweries. I like that they go the English route while a lot of other Asheville breweries do a decent American style IPA but they all end up tasting the same for whatever reason. This one sticks out.
