Can: Poured a golden color ale with an average size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light sweetness with non-descript cereal taste. Taste is quite bland with light sweetness notes with some unrefined grain notes. Body is heavier then expected for style with good carbonation. Nothing here that is exciting enough to make me want to have this again.

473ml yellow can, as pictured.
Pours yellow in color with short white head. Foam disappears quickly leaving no lace. Smells a bit grassy and grainy. Taste has a bit of adjunct sweetness, a small note of bitterness at the end. Light body, well carbonated.
This is a pretty average beer, drinkable but not memorable.
Thanks Zorprime, a great Quebec microbrewery can to add to my collection.

This beer is inspired by the Wendat ancestral brewing process. It pours as golden yellow color with a nice cloudy head. However, the head disappear quickly.
Aroma: Malts, cereal and floral hops.
Taste: Malts and corn.
The beer is dry and has a nice bitterness. Not bad, however not extraordinary. This is an ordinary beer, nothing special... just something to quench your thirst.
The carbonation is perceptible in the mouth, maybe a little too much for my taste.
