Rolled in on a Sunday at about 2:PM. Quite sports bar like, yet quite a open decor. It used to be and Elks club or something, so it gave that old school, hole in the wall feel. I thought it was interesting that there is a bowling alley downstairs and a cigar room upstairs. Nice selection on tap, and a bunch of great bottles. A number of beers are available back home though. Bartender was quite nice and told me about a bunch of stuff to do and see while I was in town. Just had some snacks, typical bar food, but still good. Prices were good, but from PA to OH it makes them look quite nice. Nice place, I can dig it!

Went here this past Saturday for a bowling party. It was the WCSB vs. WRUW bowling game. These are 2 Cleveland college radio stations. The competition was all in good fun. I am a member of WCSB Cleveland 89.3 FM. Everything was paid for since it was a private party and the 2 radio station had rented out the bowling alley area in the basement. Well the beer was not free, but the bowling games and food were. The service was fast and friendly when I ordered my beers and the prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly. The food they had for us was pretty good too. Better than a lot of other food I have had at other Winking Lizard locations. Of course they have 100 bottles beers available, the overwhelming majority of which are craft/micro brews. They have about 16 or so beers on tap, the majority of which are also craft/micros brews. I had a bottle of Kulmbacher Reichelbrau Eisbock and Heavy Seas - Small Craft Warning. All in all a great visit for me.

A great place to explore a number of brews. The food is great too especially their wings. It's a very comfortable place to be with friends and enjoy a great lunch or dinner. Decor is good. The staff is very knowledgable especially when it comes to the beers that they have. A massive selection to choose from covering all the various styles from around the world. Nice patio for the summer. The wizard is also a good place to catch a sporting event on the tube. I haven't been to other lizards yet this one is worth visiting.

This is my favorite of the Winking Lizard Chain. I believe the building is an old school house- it makes for a great setting. The main bar area- which is huge and very open- appears to be the old gym of the school house. They have a stage there and will bring in bands throughout the year. The beer is the standard Winking Lizard lineup. With their beer club (100+ beers) they have a wide selection of bottles- but you'll end up paying dearly for some of them. They also always have a Belgian and Hoppy beer on tap. The service here is better than most Lizards. Like most Lizards the bartenders do not really know much about the beer, but at least they are friendly here.
In addition there is a bowling alley in the basement for a different twist. Overall, the best Winking Lizard
