A-Burnt orange colored....
S-Malty with a fresh floral hop smell...mild aroma though
T-More malt forward than hop forward....the Sterling hops seem to lend a more floral dimension to the beer....the malt is more toasted caramel like...
M-A bit flat from the growler but no deduction for that...medium bodied...pretty clean...no big bite on the finish but a clean finish.
O-Interesting take on an IPA. It has its redeeming qualities. Drinks more like an amber ale perhaps...scoring it as a beer not an IPA.
Serving type: growler
