A-Light golden color....clear but a little haze to it...nice creamy white head with good retention.
S-So soft and subtle yet so vibrant at the same time if you can believe that. Impressive bready maltiness...a nice subtle pleasant fruitiness (almost like strawberries and cherries...along those lines but subtle)...smells soft and fresh if that makes sense...
T-Matches the aroma...very nice breadiness with the malt....this element is a little more subtle on the taste than the nose..the fruitiness is there too but more of a white wine like flavor now...again this part is very light and sublte...light noble hop flavor completes the deal....what a great tasting beer!!
M-The first thing that comes to mind is "soft"...exactly as it should be....light to medium light bodied...
D-I could drink this all summer. Right up there with the Smmit Kolsch that I thought might have been the Minnesota beer of the year last year...I'd like to see this become a regular in their lineup. To say I'm impressed with this would be an understatement
