Served in a little 10oz snifter
A: Pours a deep copper color, with steady carbonation, and a thin bright white head. Vanishes quickly, but keeps a tight collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Sweet, candy sugar. Slightest hint of grapes. Pretty one note.
T: Floral, lightly sweet, and a very subtle hop bitterness. A lightly subtle white wine quality gives it a little sharpness and dry finish.
M: Light to medium bodied, with light bubbly carbonation. Absolutely no alcohol detectable. Very drinkable.
O: This is a very tasty and unique offering. The wine barrel is subtle at best, but it seems to give it a sharpness that really helps cut the sweetness. I would definitely try this one again.
