A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice crystal clear dark amber hue with a thin white head that faded to leave light wisps.
S - Aromas of lots of oak, light acid, nice musty notes, light cherry. Quite tart and fragrant.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, nice oak and acid, good vinegar. Nice musty as well thanks to the base. Nice light cherry notes as well. Quite tasty.
M - Mouthfeel is brightly carbonated, crisp, lightly flemmy.
O - Overall this beer was rather tasty, nice cherry notes. Good beer with nice base and cherries.

Nice fizzy foamy head fades quickly though, clear auburn orange tan color.
Nose decent funk, a little stale bread, generic fruit maybe a touch of cherry, sour cherry, little acidic and little apple, generic fruit.
Taste tart little toasty reddish malt, fair acidic flemmy sour funk, light cherry, little cherry juice, tangy generic fruit and little funk, light oak. Finish dry flemmy, little funk sour, faint cherry lingering, little weird bitterness.
Mouth is med bod, nice carb, fair acidity, little flemmy.

pour is clear caramel with a white ring. Nose is mostly raspberry, moderate tartness in the nose, assertive brett and a touch of rubber. Barrel mixed in lightly. Taste is heavy raspberry, very tart, Brett and funk much lighter. Carb strong and light airy body. Some light dry oak through a lingering finish.
