A - Copper in color with a slight haze in the body. Topped by a slightly orange-white half finger head which sports decent retention. Average lacing down the inside of my glass.
S - Kind of a dish soap aroma with a slight hoppiness. The hops don't pop like I would expect from an IPA.
T & M - Earthy, musty hops up front providing the bitterness I would expect from this style. Still not overly bitter though, this is actually a pretty tame IPA. Some caramel malt to help balance things out a bit. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes with a drying quality.
D - This is an easy drinker but not what you would expect from your average IPA. I wouldn't turn one down if it was offered to me but don't expect a hop-bomb.
