Appearance: Pours a pale, reddish-purple body with a foamy, fizzy, white head.
Smell: Tart-smelling aroma of raspberries mixed with a distinct odor of funky cheese.
Taste: Sweet, fruity raspberry taste quickly boards the one-way train to Tartville. Big mouthful of stink cheese. Exceptionally acidic!
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: A very fine, very interesting lambic. Good work, Upland!
