Nice red color with a tall rosy head.
Aroma was very tart with little sweetness which I liked. Whenever you encounter an American fruited lambic you need to assume super sweet until proven otherwise imo. This one succeeds here.
So so sour, but not overly acidic. There's the bitterness I always associate with green strawberry leaves. The raspberry flavor is obvious (when many fruits are not in other beers) - and it has the flavor characteristic of fresh wet fruit.
Overall nothing phenomenal (little nuance or development over time), yet a very satisfying sour. Would be happy to take another crack at this one in the future.
