Aged on our mildly tart base blonde sour ale, Peach is a fruited sour ale made with whole peaches locally sourced from Huber's Orchard and Winery. Gold and straw colors shine upon pouring, with zesty amounts of carbonation. Fresh peach aromas meld with floral and wine-like notes. Wonderful peach flavors follow in the taste, accompanied by refreshing tartness. The finish is dry with mouthwatering tanginess and peach flavor.

For the lambic fans on the hunt for the type of sourness that'll kick your teeth in, there's very few breweries that can satisfy that need like Upland Brewing. Their peach infused sour ale will have your face sticking that way.
Its hazy gold, slightly peach color is a prelude to the berry fruit inside. With a frothy rise and a dainty settling, the ale projects a racy but hazy white wine austere. That's, of course until the nose draws near, and that's when tangy fruit notes and high acidity overcomes the senses with a nearly jaw-tightening and saliva inducing response.
As apple cider, dry white wine, lime, a hint of white vinegar and unmistakable peach sharpen the taste buds with its pin-point acidity, a scantly sweet and mustier tone gradually sets in. Its juicy and racy peach taste is distinct and easily identifiable; and not scrubbed away by the vigorous nature of fermentation. Its sour and sweet interplay is aggressively acetic even as the character of weathered oak, corkish must, and elements of brine, sweat and general cellar-like conditions start to layer upon.
Its expressive carbonation prickles at the tongue and enlivens the sour taste and feel even more. Though the ale may be slightly more rounded than the driest lambics on the market, its carbonation and acidity counters nicely en route to a dryish and tangy orchard fruit finish.

Tasty white wine flavor with sour peach undertones, some straw and a touch of barnyard funk, quality oak barrel, vinegary acidity, dry, refreshing.

Vintage 2017 - drank on February 21st, 2019. Lots of peach, though the body is a bit thin. The nose is wonderful - natural peach, not that unfortunate air freshener that can sometimes occur with a peach beer. Quite tart, really dries out the palate. Very good.

Big, fizzy head, with good retention. Body is surprisingly hazy; lemon yellow and completely opaque.
The nose is strong, with hints being picked up from a distance. Up close, it's difficult to tell what is more dominant: the sour, oaky tannins, or the peaches. It's a wonderful balance of a rustic, American take on a Lambic, and natural, punchy, overripe fruit. I'm really enjoying just taking sniff after sniff. Citric acid, vanilla, peach, oak, vinegar, honey, orange creamsicle, light leather, hay.
Very, very sour on the palate - to the point that the peaches give more of a faint impression than really stand out on their own, at least early and mid sip. Vinegar, oak, peach skins, peach pits, hay, earth, tannins.
Lip- and gum- smackingly puckering. Body is smooth, lively, and medium; finish is relatively short due to the pucker and moderately high astringency. The sourness echoes on the palate and in the throat, but most of the flavor quickly melts away post-sip.
I would be tempted to call this more of an American Wild Ale, given the relatively extreme sourness; the peaches make an impact, without question, but the high level of sourness is almost shocking on every single sip. There is perhaps less rustic funk than a good and strong Belgian Lambic, and more outright sourness. This is definitely not for a sour novice.
