Color : Pours a whitish yellow color. A big white creamy head, an inch thick, which does dissipate to thin layer over time.
Smell : Nice complexity here. Winner. Some banana, clove, coriander with a hint of wheat, of course. Seems like a good mix of spices.
Taste : Very much similar to what it smells like. Only a bit mild i would say. All of wheat flavor comes down on the palate. A lot sweeter as usual.
Mouth feel. Very light. Doesn't at all feel like it.
Overall a decent beer. Smell is a winner. Very light beer to drink.
A little to much spices. Realized when near finishing the bottle.

On tap at Norse Bar in Chicago.
A: Cloudy, bright yellow with about a finger of foamy, white head.
S: Banana, some lemon, and very pronounced yeast.
T: Clean and crisp, but overly bready. Really no other interesting flavors present to give this beer any sort of character.
M: Light and moderately carbonated.
O: Overall, this beer is quite refreshing, though I wish it tasted like something, anything, to make me want to drink it again.
