Pours a hazy golden straw with a frothy one inch ivory head that dissipates slowly, leaving thick lacing.
Grain, wheat, muted orange, coriander, and banana form the initial aroma. Esters of bubblegum and earthy floral hops add intrigue.
Huge lemon and tart orange flavors are accompanied by coconut, banana and clove, with a wheat and crackery malt backbone carrying into a lightly dry finish.
Body is on the full side of moderate, with moderately high carbonation. There's a bit of astringency at the finish.
Interesting flavors for a witbier. Fairly sweet early, good ester profile.

On tap at Norse Bar in Chicago.
A: Cloudy, bright yellow with about a finger of foamy, white head.
S: Banana, some lemon, and very pronounced yeast.
T: Clean and crisp, but overly bready. Really no other interesting flavors present to give this beer any sort of character.
M: Light and moderately carbonated.
O: Overall, this beer is quite refreshing, though I wish it tasted like something, anything, to make me want to drink it again.
