Poured from a twelve ounce bottle marked as bottled on March of 2008 into a pint glass. Appearance is a pale opaque straw yellow that's littered with floating solids of yeast. Thin fuzzy head of bone white foam dissipated quickly into a light to moderate ring of weak lacing. Aroma is sweet and lightly spicy with hints of clove and banana present, wheat and grainy undertones. Taste is light as was the aroma, also sweet and lightly spicy, same banana and clove, wheat, finishes with a slightly drying aftertaste. Mouthfeel is light bodied with moderate carbonation, a touch rough on the tongue, washes down cleanly. Drinkability fares well, although possibly boring past a few due to lack of overall character and substance. Overall a solid witbier, would purchase again.

On tap at Norse Bar in Chicago.
A: Cloudy, bright yellow with about a finger of foamy, white head.
S: Banana, some lemon, and very pronounced yeast.
T: Clean and crisp, but overly bready. Really no other interesting flavors present to give this beer any sort of character.
M: Light and moderately carbonated.
O: Overall, this beer is quite refreshing, though I wish it tasted like something, anything, to make me want to drink it again.
