Cloudy yellow with a creamy white head that leaves gritty lace all down the glass. The nose is soft banana, bubblegum and mild spice with lemon. The flavor falls somewhere between a wit and a hefe with both the banana/clove hefe and orange peel/coriander wit flavors equally balanced. Medium bodied with mild carbonation. An okay summer beer.

On-tap at Indy Tasting Room.

A - Pours a mirky golden yellow, wheat head, thin ring.

S - Light banana, spices, citrus, with light toasted malts. For 4.5%, it's pretty complex and enjoyable. Refreshing nose.

T - A little sweeter then the nose with spices, banana, cloves, and malts. I like the taste even better, and the sweetness and bready malts are a nice combo.

M - Light, good carbonation, clean finish.

O - A nice Wheat/Witbier hybrid that's very refreshing and easy to drink, just as intended. I would definitely go for this one on a hot summer day or if I wanted to throw back a couple and didn't want to get too crazy.
