A: Amber-orange and hazy. The beer pours a slightly tan head that sticks around and laces beautifully.
S: Tons of caramel. I'm not sure how old this bottle is but I'm getting a ton of malt and just a touch of hops (comparatively). Nutty.
T: Really sweet taste. Kinda like sugar coated caramel. Touch of alcohol. Hops? Sure. Floral and herbal hop flavor. Pine as well. Pine bitterness across the palate. Dry finish. I'm not really digging the flavor profile, I wish it was more hoppy and less of a malt bomb.
M: Medium-thick. Subtle carbonation.
Was disappointed with this beer. Maybe I got an older bottle, but this was a malt BOMB. Definitely east coast... not at all west coast (which I prefer).

Sampled on tap at the Upland pub in Bloomington, IN on a bright, sunny Spring afternoon.
Rich amber in color, poured into an Upland goblet. Lace present but minimal.
Lovely floral citrus aroma.
Taste is strong, and heavy on the bitter side but enjoyable. Notes of pine and citrus are most prominent. Very enjoyable, and although this is a heavy beer, I find it tastier than the regular Dragonfly IPA. Solid.
