Tradition Pale Ale
Clear, amber/yellow hue...lasting layer of white froth atop.
Aroma, floral, slightly sweet, some fruity esters, citrus, pear. Pleasant enough.
Taste: hoppy bite up front, bitter snap that lingers on the palate. Juicy malt lies below, well-balanced, well matched. Lean-bodied, but tasty malt and prevalent hops keep it interesting. A true drinker, great sessionable brew. Gets a little spicy in the back, then dries at the end.
Overall, it feels like a cross between a German pils and an American pale ale.

Traditional Pale Ale is a clear copper color with a off-white head that has decent retention an decent lacing.
The nose is distinctly german or bavarian, almost like a Roggenbier or dark Hefe. German hops and yeast play the biggest role in this beer, making it sweet, tangy, bready and spicey.
The taste is similar to the smell, very pleasing. Slightly spicey and yeasty with a nice german hop character. Sweet malts are definitely the main player here, with hints of citrus fruits.
Medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Great drinkability.
This may be one of my favorite beers are Town hall, this is some excellent stuff. I have a feeling it wont last much longer, so I hope they brew it again.
