Pours 1/2 finger of beige head. Great retention and greay lace. Color is a clear copper mahogany.

Aroma: Berries! Blueberries and raspberries and wildberries. A little malt shows, but I'd never had guessed 8 types.

Taste: Here the malts show more. Bready and sweet. The berries show, but are covered by the malts. Tastes a little artificial, however.

Mouthfeel: Sweet and creamy. Lighter bodied with a medium amount of carbonation. Ends dry.

Overall, not really for me. I liked the nose much better than the taste. After smelling it, I was excited, but the taste just didn't hold up.

Draft. Poured into a pint glass a dark reddish copper color with a 1 1/2 finger light tan head. Fruity aroma in the nose with a mix of both raspberry and slight blueberry, although I would say the raspberry is more prevalent. Light/medium mouthfeel. The taste seems watered down compared to the smell with a mildly sweet start of fruit with some bitterness towards the end. The bitterness seems slightly out of place to me. This is one of those beers where you wish the taste was like the aroma and unfortunately it’s not for this one. There aren’t many TH beers I don’t really like but this one fell a little short for me. Nice lace on the glass.

On draught at the Town Hall, MN Wildberry is a ruddy copper with a small, light tight head leaving very faint, scattered lace.

Smell is fruity, but not sweet, berries and a little grainy.

Taste is a really nice balance of berry flavor and complex yet delicate malt flavor, skewing in the toffee direction. Very interesting and tasty fruit beer, not one I'd tire of at all, which is rare for this style. These guys do a lot of fruit beers, and from those I've had the pleasuring of trying, do almost all of them well. Ironically (due to it's popularity), the Mango Mama is my least favorite of their fruit beers. As they seemingly agree by the majority of their fruit beers, I think fruit pairs much better with malt then hops.

Mouthfeel is slick, light bodied.

Drinkability is high, this is a tasty fruit beer with the malty depth to make it interesting, but remarkable well balanced and on the lighter side, a fruity spring bock like beer. Perfect for the weather here in the end of April in the 40s, with sunlight beckoning better things to come, but no mistaking the fact that it's not here yet.

Overall a relatively interesting beer here. Starts out a slightly murky brown color with splashes of red when held up to the light. Decent smell- kind of smells like an English mild with some raspberry and blueberry notes. Taste is similar, but the fruit flavors come through a bit better, however not to the point of cloying or being over sweetened. Mouthfeel is medium and bubbly. A nice use of fruit being done here.
