Serving glass: Poured from tap into Pint glass. I believe the wet hops were added five days prior to my drinking this (first day available). So pretty damn fresh.
Appearance: Mostly clear amber with moderate white head and light lacing.
Smell: Orange, grapefruit, pine and toasted malt. As expected, but quite aromatic and very nice.
Taste: All about the 100% wet Chinook hops. Orange and grapefruit mostly, quite tangy, balanced by toasted malts and an almost hidden caramel sweetness. Ends with pine, some spiciness and an excruciating bitterness. Some warming tames the bitterness.
Feel: Moderate carbonation, medium body, extremely dry finish.
Overall: Very fresh, flavorful, aromatic and bitter Wet Hop. Very nice if borderline too bitter, even though I love IPAs.

Copper gold beer with an off white head that fell to a lingering film from a pillowy pour. Fragrant nose--light grapefruit and background lemon, citrus, pine and spice. 100% Chinook hops from the release description. Hop twang on tongue--pleasantly sharp and clean from the single hop and high alpha acid. Solid malt backbone for a nice hop display. Worth the drive.
